Good evening everyone (my name is Omar Salazar and I am representing Chicago)
I hope everyone’s having a great time.
I want to start off by saying thank you to all our franchise partners for everything they have done for us. For supporting us throughout our Chicago Journey. This is only the beginning! The mountain might seem a little high , but the team we have and growing will help us climb to the top.
The best part of this journey is coming together as ONE CHICAGO. Sharing resources , working as a team and making our customer experience a WOW experience.
An example of our team coming together this past year was finishing a job that was landed by Grant Rawley our LC, $34,000 , 50+ truck loads in 1 day. Keep in mind our goal was to finish the job within 5-6 days ( with a Christmas deadline) . One of the best feelings as a leader within our business was to see my entire team together , working hard , sweat and blood to make sure our customer had the ” you wouldn’t believe it moment” .
Soon to have 53 operating trucks within the Chicagoland area and with NOW window under of under an hour . We will continue to deliver exceptional service for our customers.
